Volunteer Program

Volunteers are absolutely essential to the continuing operation of the COA.  Volunteer opportunities are available in the areas of food preparation, waitstaffing, day care assistance, clerical support and volunteer driving.  Individuals who serve other individuals directly are, in accordance with state law, subject to a CORI (Criminal Offense Records Investigation) check.  Volunteers receive one (1) free congregate meal for every three (3) hours of service and may receive free transportation on the GATRA/Dial-A-Ride van if their services are provided on site.
