When and where does the Zoning Board of Appeals meet?
The Zoning Board meets the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Room, Town Hall.

What are the fees for submitting an application to the board?

Where does the application get filed?
The application must be submitted to the Town Clerks office.

What is the average time frame for a special permit petition to be heard and decided?
Generally once an application is received by the Town Clerk a hearing will be held within three weeks.

If the application is denied or withdrawn is the filing fee reimbursable.

What are the Zoning Districts in the Town of Middleboro?
The six zoning districts are as follows: Residence “A” , Residence “B”, Residence Rural, Business, General Use, and Industrial.
